Who We Are: A values-based international Educational Leadership Consultancy and Membership Organisation. Our priority is every individual member and how we can help them on their continuing journey of leadership. What We Do: Develop, support and train current and future International School Principals. We offer several platforms, from Podcasts, Principals' Blogs and a quarterly magazine, LYIS. Each member can choose to contribute and be part of a wider community. Additionally, we hold a bespoke annual conference where members and guests can engage in powerful dialogue, panel discussions, review of research, attending workshops, delivering workshops and networking amongst other activities.
