Founders of Leadscape Learning are Cheryl Smith and Brent Stewart. Cheryl Smith pioneered coaching as a crucial competency for leadership development. As Vice-President of Corporate Coach U, Cheryl mentored coaches in more than a dozen countries on five continents. She is one of the few International Coach Federation accredited Master Certified Coaches in the world. Brent Stewart had a successful career in management and sales and won a variety of awards for his communications skills. For many years he led the internationally renowned Pursuit of Excellence program, helping thousands of individuals unlock their personal potential. He is a noted speaker, master facilitator and executive coach. Both Cheryl and Brent hold Masters Degrees in Leadership and serve as Associate faculty at Royal Roads University.
