Lean Coaching founder Gert Haar-Jorgensen has been advising blue chip organizations across Europe, US, South America and Asia over for 20 years, including 4 years as a Practice Expert at McKinsey & Company. We bring together highly experienced lean transformation practitioners who combine outstanding insider knowledge of the Toyota Production System with problem solving at a Strategic level to maximize the business impact. LeanCoaching serves a wide variety of sectors globally, from office based processes to complex operations in Automotive, Electronics, Health Care, Pharmaceuticals, Toy industries, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Retail and more recently the Media/Entertainment industry. We take a systems perspective to optimize all the elements of the value chain and deliver highly sustainable improvements to the operational performance, through Senior Management coaching and training internal change agents. We believe sustainable change depends upon creating robust high value added processes, while changing management paradigms and behaviors too.
