Our mobile app combines the power of AI, behavioural science, and wearable tech to deliver personalised, stigma-free emotional support—on demand. We know that men often struggle in silence. That clinical services aren’t always designed for real-life moments. That isolation, stress, and emotional burnout go unspoken. So we’re building a tool that speaks directly to those needs—without judgement, pressure, or clinical jargon. With Lean On Me, users can: • Reflect through structured mood check-ins with AI-generated insights • Receive daily emotional nudges and behaviourally intelligent prompts • Access calming, guided audio loops for stress relief or mental reset • Sync wearables to monitor physical/emotional patterns and trends • Chat with an AI companion trained for emotional support, privacy-first Our interface is minimal, grounding, and distraction-free—designed to be used daily, not just in crisis. Whether you’re anxious, disconnected, or just checking in, we give you tools to build resilience in your own way. Launching July 2025, we’re inviting early users, wellbeing leaders, and clinical partners to join our beta and help shape the future of preventative mental health.
