Why LeanPM, LLC? LeanPM, LLC makes it a point to provide consulting and training in project management that meets the specific needs of clients. The goal is to provide the right amount of project management at the right time at the right place and to the right people. To achieve that we look at project management from a supply chain perspective by concentrating on our client’s specific needs and vision for their projects. What are our Product and Services? We provide a series of professional services for our clients that spans the entire spectrum of project management. These include analysis and assessments of projects and project governance; documentation for the management of projects; scheduling development and performance tracking; and setting up project management offices (PMO’s). LeanPM, LLC also offers a series of seminars and workshops that are delivered at your site. While LeanPM, LLC can deliver training off the self, it can also tailor them to meet your company’s specific needs. We also offer a publication division that provides access to a number of books published by Ralph Kliem, founder of LeanPM, LLC. These books have been published with major publishers and translated into multiple languages. Currently, LeanPM, LLC is preparing to release a series of reference booklets on specific topics and Mr. Kliem’s most recent work based on his popular seminar, Managing Projects in Trouble.
