I am an inspiring professional coach with over 35 years of executive leadership experience for BMO Bank of Montreal and teaching experience including University level Economics at Georgian College in Barrie. With my guidance, you will discover a clear path towards achieving career success - and have fun while doing it! My 3 Keys to Success Are: 1. Relationship Building: My unique approach to professional coaching is focused on building meaningful partnerships with each of my clients. I truly get to know my clients in order to better understand their strengths and challenges and to adapt my teaching approach to suit their unique learning styles and career goals. Not everyone can be coached the same! 2. Collaborative Approach: I provide group sessions leveraging the unique experience and talents of every participant. These sessions are collaborative, interactive and fun! We keep it simple and focus on just one or two key behaviour changes. I believe that learning together the best way to positively influence others and become a more effective leader. 3. Ongoing Support: I have a genuine vested interest in each of my clients - their success is ultimately my success. I will provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure my clients can achieve their short-term and long-term goals. Why I do What I do? Put simply, my greatest sense of accomplishment comes from inspiring others to celebrate their strengths, discover their potential and transform in a positive way. I do the same for myself as I do for others - focus on the positive, acknowledge shortcomings, always look for the humour in every situation and, most importantly, have faith that any one of us can improve if we apply ourselves to the task. This worked well for me over a long and fulfilling career - and my work is far from done.
