We’re all about one thing at LBD: empowering individuals to live their best lives. We’ve been conditioned to value income over wellness, hustle over contemplation, and pop group over lasting change in today’s society. Our mandate is to give members with the best possible service, both collectively and individually. In response to the reality that many Zambians lack systematic professional and mentoring services, the LBD Zambia program will commence in 2022. On top of what they have studied or intend to study, LBD helps to ensure that individuals disadvantaged by unemployment are properly trained in occupations that match to the job market. Learn By Doing (LBD) is a side-by-side project with the goal of becoming an actual career and instructional service in the 21st century, aimed at addressing the difficulties of unemployment in Zambia and Africa. It’s a membership-based program that gives people the tools they need to live their greatest lives. LBD’s network reaches over 115 districts in Zambia and the rest of Sub-Saharan region, rescuing people trapped in poverty due to unemployment, improving job possibilities nationwide, and leading a global campaign for job rights. We can have whatever we want, but these things should change.
