About Learning Cluster Design
Because decades-old training methods aren't cutting it. A modern world, one where learning needs to happen with the flow of work, requires re-imagining the approach - and we've done it. We are a training & consultancy firm that upskills and collaborates with those helping others learn in adopting the Learning Cluster Design Model. The LCD model moves everyone away from giving learners more classes and courses to designing a strategic multiple learning asset offering or "learning cluster", that is tailored for diverse learners' needs and flow of work. This is how we truly change behavior on-the-job for our internal employees and external customers. Organizations today are free from the limitation of classes to build talent capability. But our traditional L&D models and customer education methods can't design learning across the flow of work, because they focus on delivering just one asset -- a course, program, set of videos, etc -- to the learner. This creates one-size-fits-all, one-time and one-place learning that can only hope to make a difference. Our differentiator is our process. Learning Cluster Design is the only ID model used by experts that strategically surrounds learners with the right set of assets to create change on-the-job. The model is supported by the Association for Talent Development and is published through the book, “Designing for Modern Learning: Beyond ADDIE and SAM”.
