About Learning Coach Services

My name is Tanya Goff, M. Ed. and I have served in the field of Education since 2001 as a teacher and principal. With the closing of schools due to the pandemic and the implementation of online distance learning, I witnessed many of my students and parents struggle to stay current with assignments and implement a daily routine. I created Learning Coach Services to help parents and students succeed in online learning. My program starts with co-creating small achievable SMART goals and developing an action plan with the parents and student. Within the action plan, we also develop these key executive skills: * organizational skills * routines * scheduling * assignment tracking * effective parent/teacher communication and many more skills. Once the plan is developed, I work one-on-one with the child and parent weekly to help ensure a successful school year.
