Learning Community for Change is a women-led, not-for-profit social enterprise that unites experts with diverse expertise and extensive experience. We are dedicated to delivering evidence-based, innovative learning solutions. Drawing insights from sector best practices and latest perspectives, we drive impactful change. Our vision is to create a world where learning becomes a powerful catalyst for progress leading to more effective assistance and protection for all people and communitiesin situations of crisis andvulnerability, prioritising marginalised groups, and nurturing sustainability, equity, and resilience. Our mission is to harness the power of learning, leading the way with progressive evidence-based approaches, to shape policies, raise standards, and influence individuals, organisations and systems for meaningful transformation in humanitarian and development practices, across all sectors. We offer personalised support at the individual level through coaching, mentoring, and access to formal learning opportunities. At the organisational level, we collaborate to enhance effectiveness, resilience, and sustainability, through assessments, tailored strategies, and leadership development. At the sector level, we conduct research, advocate for evidence-based policies, explore AI applications, assess initiative impacts, develop quality assurance mechanisms, and foster peer-to-peer learning and networking for professional development. We uphold feminist principles of leadership to achieve our goals. We value diverse perspectives, support the advancement of women, and actively contribute to the broader agenda on gender equality.
