About Learning Places

We are a specialised training company delivering qualification and bespoke training to individuals and companies. We deliver training that is both high quality and enjoyable enabling you to achieve and make real changes in your workplace. We are really good at designing and delivering high quality, affordable online and classroom based training. We deliver courses in social media for business, customer services and adult training. Our customer service training can be two different ways as a one day course that is written bespoke for your company or as a qualification. Our BTEC in customer service is delivered as a truly blended and bespoke course consisting of training sessions, 1-1s and an online learning programme. The difference with this training is that we work to find the areas you want to improve and include these within the training sessions, its about growing your team not just a tick box exercise. The BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an introductory teaching qualification that has been developed to give learners the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge to support the teaching of adults. Our goal is to give all those who train adults the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver great training courses that are engaging and effective Working with our friends at Willerby Hill we have developed team leading course aimed at people who are new to the role or have had little training. The course is set by the needs of your company and the individuals in your team. We have named the course STEPPING UP as this is what the aim of training is to get your team stepping up into the role of a leader.
