Learning To Lean is a strengths-based coaching company. Learning To Lean focus areas include; individual strengths-based coaching, student and young adult life coaching, strengths resume building, and strength support to the work of high school counselors, social workers and college planning specialists. As a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and guided by the ethics of the International Coaching Federation, Deborah partners with individuals to help them recognize, cultivate and maximize their potential through applying Gallup’s decades of research in strengths-based development. This positive application uncovers natural innate talents and aligns individual strengths with educational and career goals. Deborah partners with individuals and teams to help navigate and inspire personal and professional growth starting with acknowledging each person as already whole. She appreciates the platform of CliftonStrengths as it leads with positive intent, focuses on what we each do well, teaches us how to align our strengths with career opportunities and it helps us to appreciate the differences in others and how we can work better together.
