About LEBC Midlands

Our story LEBC was founded by Lee Essex in 2002, built on a wealth of experience gained through years of hard work in the commercial and domestic building industries. Lee built the company from the ground up, and brought with him an equally committed team who design, build and manage projects across the greater midlands area. Our values At LEBC we work collaboratively with our customers, completing projects on time and within budget, and to the highest specification with minimal impact to your daily operations. Like our bigger competitors, we can comfortably accommodate large-scale, complex projects across high-profile industrial and educational sites. We focus on finding the right people for the job to make sure we consistently deliver the high quality service we’re known for. Our positive, proactive approach has been rewarded with a loyal customer base who routinely place their trust in us to deliver our service, so they can continue to deliver theirs. Health and safety As a provider of high-quality construction services, we are committed to a safe and healthy working environment. We’re used to working in live operational locations, and we know how important it is to keep your staff, students and customers safe whilst delivering our works. All team members are fully trained and qualified to do their jobs professionally and safely. LEBC adheres to the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974, and we are registered with CHAS and Safe Contractor-approved. We have a comprehensive Health and Safety Policy, which we review and update annually to reflect any changes in legislation. All LEBC team members receive full health and safety training, and we conduct thorough site inductions at every location.
