Lee is one of Southeastern Wisconsin’s largest and most experienced schedule based mechanical contractors. Our complete mechanical capabilities include design, install, service, retrofit or replacement services. Using our extensive database from over 40 years of experience, we provide realistic budgets, schedules and design options. We excel when operating in the design-assist role. Our pre-construction team coupled with our design experts allows us to interface and collaborate with consulting engineers, providing our clients with a mechanical system that meets their operational requirements while maintaining the budget. Lee is most effective at the design-build and design-assist delivery methods, particularly when engaged early in the project, to allow us the flexibility to evaluate multiple design concepts and solutions. Additionally we often enter active projects that are experiencing budget challenges, presenting cost-saving options and value-added alternatives. We have, through the years, successfully teamed with owners in providing a GMP open book of projects; working as a team with the goal of both owner and contractor being successful in the project. Our goal is to exceed expectations and all savings from GMP to the owner.
