Georgie Mulligan Director Principal of Leeder Law has a highly respected reputation as a strategic thinker who provides incisive advice in order to deliver optimal outcomes. She has acted in the defence of complex claims for international insurers brought against directors and officers, as well as professional negligence, public liability, product liability and property damage claims. Georgie has run complex and contentious litigation in the Appellate, Federal, Supreme and District Courts and other Tribunals. Georgie has experience in both the public and private sectors, acting in various public inquiries, including Royal Commissions and Coronial Inquests, as well as major multi-national corporate disputes. Georgie has forged strong relationships with domestic and international companies, insurers, financial institutions, litigation funders, counsel and experts throughout her successful career. She has an excellent reputation for business development and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders which has helped shape new relationships and alliances for her clients and employers.
