Legacy Alliance Outreach is a Non-Profit organization that serves the community by addressing human needs in a holistic manner. The diversity of services provided are as unique as the human beings we serve. We focus on individuals that are impacted by the criminal justice system, educational system, poverty, homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, human trafficking, gang membership, racism, social in justice, and at-risk youth. Legacy Alliance Outreach serves humans from a heart of humanity. We will always serve those in need of services. We will always have people out in the community making an impact and helping individuals. Our impact and reach will be dependent on how far the resources within our hearts can take us. We are not lacking people wanting and willing to help. We require additional partners to help provide funds to sustain us and take us all across California and the United States. LAO is pioneering a new path to fair treatment, equity, and justice through workshops, training courses, and community programs. We are engaging the most influential parties to injustice; government entities (police and education), the community, private sector, and more. Through engagement we gain understanding and through understanding we can begin to start a process to build healthy relationships. Founder and CEO Michael Baldwin Sr. brings innovative techniques and an experienced approach to issues that have plagued the community and gone unanswered. The difference is this; those who have been both victims & offenders and survived are in a position to see from a perspective others may choose not to. Legacy Alliance Outreach started with 9 foundational programs. Each of our 9 programs have large groups of people identified who need assistance. As additional large groups and specific smaller groups are identified, we will expand our programs and services.
