Legacy Asset Management (LAM) is a full service property management boutique providing an all-encompassing knowledge of real estate. Founded on the principle that no two rental properties are alike, we take a fresh approach at investment management. At Legacy Asset Management, we take pride in renting historically restored Victorian and Craftsman homes as well as trendy urban apartments. Many of our properties are located near the University of Southern California and historic West Adams. We specialize in accommodating group living environments with occupancies from 3 to as many as 15 person homes. Tenants can lease a home with a group of friends and create treasured memories that will last a lifetime.
