Legacy Capital Partners is a real estate private equity firm founded by David St. Pierre and Mitchell Schneider in 2004. Legacy Capital provides the opportunity for individuals to invest in a diverse and expanding portfolio of multi-family assets generating consistent in-place current income and positioned to create significant value appreciation over time.
