Legacy Leadership, with its uniquely focused division Legacy Leadership of the Lowcountry (www.lllowcountry.com), is a specialized consulting and training company providing customized, integrated leadership and team development services. Our programs are based in history and expertly utilize experiential learning methods. We use significant historic events and case studies of the leaders who shaped the results of the past to draw relevant and timely analogies as the basis for valuable lessons for leaders and teams in the present. The programs have been developed by Richard Thomas, an early pioneer in the field of executive experiential education and longtime organizational change management consultant and master facilitator specialized in leadership and team development, in conjunction with many of the historians who deliver our programs. A former corporate executive with military experience, Thomas has worked with tens of thousands of corporate leaders over more than 30 years in the field and has been a pioneer in developing and improving the genre of history-based executive experiential education programs for the past 15 years.
