The mission of Legacy Minded Men is to Transform lives by engaging, encouraging and equipping men to build a Christ-centered legacy. The vision of Legacy Minded Men (LMM) is to move men from being unengaged or not living up to their full potential to someone who is fully engaged and becomes a man of purposeful action. Men who make this transition have proven to be better husbands, fathers and leaders. We believe that through our servant based ministry we can come along side the local church and assist building or growing their men’s ministry -- which will not only impact the church for the better but will also impact the man himself. This in turn will positively affect his family and ultimately the community he serves in a powerful way. We do this through our 360 DISCIPLESHIP method: 1. THE CONFERENCE This is a two-hour conference that includes breakouts and three great speakers. Whether in a church building or at your house, we recommend a hospitable and engaging environment. 2. DISCIPLESHIP After the conference, the goal is to keep your men engaged. We highly recommend you go through our 8-week Transformed Discipleship program. This program includes a video series and downloadable workbook. 3. LEGACY GROUP Your objective now is to meet on a regular basis as a “Legacy Group.” Use our ongoing resources through our app for continued group discussion and engage in service to help build your community and leave your legacy! 4. MULTIPLICATION After a period of six months or so, it’s time to inquire of your men who feel led to spin off and facilitate their own group. In this way, we will multiply in a powerful way and impact lives all over the world!
