To ensure our rigorous standards are maintained, we have an in-house Architectural Designers that oversee every element of our designs. Our spatial and interior designers maximise indoor and outdoor living space to create homes which are aesthetically-pleasing and practical for everyday life. CONSTRUCTION We have our own Legacy Construction Team which ensures an unrivalled level of build quality. Applying our wealth of construction experience and maintaining control throughout makes us stand out from the competition. From concept to completion, our expert site managers and their specially-selected construction teams are on hand to oversee and execute each project. CUSTOMER CARE We understand that buying a new house can be stressful, so our Customer Care team is there to make the process as smooth as possible. We provide a full homeowner pack, along with an in-depth handover of the property. We also offer an excellent aftercare service to help our customers settle into their new homes. Every Legacy home comes with our own 2 year warranty and a 10 NHBC warranty for complete peace of mind.
