A Complete Loss Or Absence Of Hope, the constant state of worry of being overtaken by a Panic and Anxiety attacks is also made more frightening because there seems to be no reason or the person, supposedly, has no reason to worry, be nervous or scared. Even family and friends can make matters worse, they can be the cruelest because they say it's all in your head', 'You're only looking for attention', You need to keep busy', 'it's NOT real' But, the way it quickly grows, the powerful overwhelming feelings, and it's a process that overwhelms the whole body, only exacerbate the feelings of fear and helplessness. It's very frightening! I Personally have been through horrible suffering, stigma of Anxiety Attacks, myself. THEN, the despair because my lovely wife of 25 years began suffering anxiety and intense Panic Attacks. The helplessness, hopelessness, embarrassment, anxiety and frustration...
