We have been in the health and fitness business since 1988, and we have been fortunate to have helped thousands of people both locally and throughout North America. We provide quality products for fitness enthusiasts to use at home, and we also provide professional and commercial product for gyms, hospitals and clinics. Our business is quite different from other fitness stores. For one thing we are a family business that provides a full-education package which includes several ‘value-added’ services. What we like to do for people is evaluate their goals and concerns, and then work with them on a customized health and fitness plan/program to help them address their needs. There are 6 product categories that we include in a balance fitness program. They are: Hydrotherapy Spas, Whole Body Vibration Platforms, Far Infrared Saunas, Inversion/Oscillation Tables, Cardiovascular products, and Strength Machines. We have over 15,000 sq. ft. of retail space between our stores, with hundreds of quality health and fitness products for people to come in and try out.
