Formed in 1995, LEHDER is now one of the largest Air Quality Management companies in Canada. All Air Quality aspects – source testing, emission inventories, air dispersion modeling, data interpretation and approval applications – are managed internally without outsourcing and partnering. At LEHDER we recognize our client’s need to make decisions that provide for operational flexibility while meeting regulatory, economic and social requirements. The LEHDER name is pronounced LEADER and comes from the surnames of the original founding partners of the company; Sid Lethbridge, Des Hayles, Mike Denomme and Mark Roehler. The name was selected to reflect our commitment to being an innovative leader in consulting services. There are now a total of seven Principals at LEHDER: Peter Pakalnis became a Principal at LEHDER In March 2003. In August 2005 Marnie Freer was appointed as Principal and Penny McInnis joined the management team as Principal in November 2012.
