About Leisure Villas

Leisure Villas specializes in creating successful communities along the Wasatch Front for folks 55+ who are seeking a more carefree lifestyle. That’s all we build – single-level rambler style homes in senior restricted communities with real amenities. Leisure Villas was formed in 2000 in order to meet the housing desires of today’s more active retirees. Since then we have developed ten communities totaling more than 1000 homes, designed around the particular wants and needs of active Seniors. Each maintenance-free community features abundant landscaping, secure perimeter fencing, and a large clubhouse with a pool, exercise facility, theater, and party room. You’ll enjoy being home so much that we’re not sure you’ll want to travel, but if you do, you can rest asured that your house will be secure in our neighborhoods. Our floorplans take into consideration mobility issues so there are no stairs and the designs are comfortable, open, and flexible. Our homes are designed to accomodate large family gatherings. In any home purchase, it is important to know your builder. We know what we’re doing. Creating active senior communities is all we do, and providing features important to empty-nesters is our mission and focus. We are big enough to start communities and finish them out, even when markets undergo downturns. In fact, unlike most developers, we construct our clubhouse amenities early on in the project, not at the end.
