About Leisureplex Hotel Group

Part of the Alfa Leisureplex Group, Leisureplex has been catering for clients on coach holidays since 1984 when it purchased its first hotel, the Hydro Hotel in Llandudno. The group now consists of 21 hotels with over 1800 bedrooms in seaside resorts throughout Great Britain: 2 in Scotland, 4 in Wales and 15 in England. The Alfa Leisureplex Group became employee owned in July 2015 and was named in the top 50 largest employee owned businesses in the country in 2016. Leisureplex Hotels are designed to meet the needs of groups and coach tour operators, accommodating between two and five coaches. Leisureplex makes it very easy for groups to check availability and complete a booking. As well as showing availability at the click of a button on its extensive web site, Groups Manager Alyson Jones is always available to discuss each operator’s requirements and recommend suitable special offers and provide assistance with itineraries. Most of the hotels in the group are listed buildings of great character and although each property is different Leisureplex prides itself on delivering the same standards throughout the group: clean rooms, good quality décor, bright modern bathrooms and an attention to detail that makes all the difference to a guest’s stay. Leisureplex invests extensively in its properties and spends almost three times the industry average on hotel improvements, refurbishing at least 10% of its hotel rooms annually.
