About Lemonchillii Farms Official Page
Lemonchillii Farms, a state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse solution that produces an extensive array of fresh vegetables and fruits. Located in Hyderabad, India, we house a 15-acre project with the aim of providing premium quality produce all year Here at Lemonchillii Farms, we are pioneers in innovative new age farming and automation. Our vision is to promote healthy and safe produce by adapting Hi-tech agricultural and horticulture practices. In today’s competitive world, horticulture is the next biggest market that is going to be profitable. To make this more viable, leveraging the practice using future generation technology to yield more produce and to meet the supply and demand of the future is our ideology. Being one of its first kind in India, we are developing the groundwork and foundation during Phase 1. In our integrated farm, we have a self-sustainable tropical greenhouse, that is centrally monitored and automated. We also consist of In-house sorting, packaging and cold storage units. We use robotic technology and 3D cameras to sense the plant's requirements and health statuses. The same technology is used to prune and harvest the produce when they are ready. Our greenhouse also uses sensory based fertigation. We recycle 100 per cent of our water and our electricity is generated by solar panels — making the entire project sustainable and eco-friendly. In Phase 2, we hope to expand this facilitated set-up to about 150 acres and aim to uplift the socio-economic factor of the region. According to our calculations, our farm can employ up to 200 farmers, endorsing the local economy and employment. Training is to be provided to impart knowledge about these new cultivation practices and technology. Our international compliance will be driven by specific countries and export as per international quality & process initiatives like FAO GAP, ISO, HACCP, Codex Alimentarius...etc. We will also export compliants as per Indian laws that cover IE
