Since its inception in 1993, Lenax Construction Services, Inc. (LENAX) has provided quality construction management consulting services to a diverse range of engineering, design, and construction firms. LENAX is a goal-oriented and customer-driven independent consulting business, aimed at adding value and strength to our clients’ program teams by providing expertise in current pricing and economic trends, while utilizing the most up to date means and methods in the construction and design industries. We pride ourselves in maintaining a history of repeat business directly with clients and owners and have established professional relationships with many architectural, engineering, and construction management firms by contributing as consultants on larger project teams. Having consulted from different perspectives, including architect/engineer’s representative, owner’s representative, contractor’s representative, and construction manager’s representative, we have the ability to be flexible in management styles and estimating methods in order to fit specific client needs. Our staff has provided cost consulting services for projects throughout the United States and worldwide. The LENAX home office is located in Los Angeles, California and we have representatives on project locations throughout Los Angeles County. LENAX is a 100% woman-owned consulting firm certified as a DBE/WBE/SBE/SLB/CBE by the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, Caltrans, Metro, and a number of other public agencies. LENAX is also certified as a Small Business by the Small Business Administration.
