About Lenex Steel Company
We’d like to think we’ve left our mark on the Midwest landscape. As a design and build fabricator with a manufacturing capacity of up to 30,000 tons, our steel is the foundation of hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls, schools and warehouses. We specialize in Class A office, health, retail, institutional, and industrial space. Working with Lenex means working with a talented team that is deep with knowledge and experience. From bids and proposals to drawings and designs, our engineers, estimators, and fabricators work with developers, architects, and general contractors to turn ideas into structures. We’re proud of our accomplishments and the partners who work with us. And we’re AISC certified with a STD (Standard for Steel Building Structures) industry rating. Plus we are committed to a higher standard of safety with a full-time risk manager on staff. Lenex met Certified Leed Job Requirements on the Hubble Middle School, Avon Distribution Center, St. Joseph Medical Center, and Innovation Park Projects.
