We are introducing ourselves as one of the state of art Flexible packaging converters in the Middle East, situated in Plot no: N-45, Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Our main products & services as follows:- (A) Aluminum Foil lids/rolls :The unit is equipped to produce printed and unprinted Aluminum foil rolls up to 8 colors and also pre-cut Aluminum foil lids in sizes of 73mm, 75.5mm, 95.5 mm lids for sealing on to plastic cups of PVC/PS/PP/PET Cups. (B) Polyester lids /Rolls : We also developed new polyester material in pre-cut Lids & roll form which is widely used in the European country (C) Mixpap Laminate: A combination of Paper and Polyester in Roll form suitable for PVC/PS/PET & PP cups as substitution of Alumiumum Foil (D) Blister foil – printed and unprinted for Pharma applications (E) BOPP labels for beverages and water industries for wrap-around applications and cater to the requirements of industries such as Beverages, Water and the Dairy products.. (F) PP Cups : 73 mm, 75.5 mm, 95.5 & Ice Cream cones The selection of film or a combination of films for particular packaging application is determined by functional economic and aesthetic factors. A comprehensive analysis of these factors would give a clear picture on the suitability of a material for a specific application. We critically analyze the required mechanical, physical and chemical properties of the material and ultimately decide its suitability for an application. We evaluate the cost of a material by a thorough analysis of various properties either directly or indirectly influencing it. In this way, we provide our clients with the most suitable packaging material at a minimum cost. We advise our clients in developing suitable packaging material for different areas of application or in finding an alternate material with added advantage over the existing ones.
