We've spend hours trying to find a convenient tag line which in a few words, describes what we do. For some clients it's a part time FD, or it could be the outsourced finance dept. or even finance business partner or CEO confidante. Probably the best word or words which describe what we do are part time chief operating officer. Fighting fires, eliminating the bottlenecks, and getting our clients back to stability are what we are particularly known for. Our clients are typically: - fast growth, be it an ambitious startup or a mature business starting to think about exit or a management buyout. - occasionally it maybe a business which is in crisis and needs some turnaround support. - £1m+ turnover, and paying a minimum of £1000 a month for our firms services.
