About Lerwick Brewery

Founded in 2013 by three brothers (John, Jimmy and Graham) Lerwick Brewery is one of the most northerly and remote breweries in the UK. We make and deliver a variety of craft beers in different formats to customers throughout Scotland and the UK with stockists varying from independents to chains such as Wetherspoons. New to the table, we break the mould on the stereotype of island living and our brewery comfortably pushes the boundaries of craft beer – proving that Shetland packs a punch! With a young, eager and creative team the possibilities are endless. Being from the most Northernly isles we are as much Scottish as we are Nordic and it’s this that gives our beer its own taste - individual and unique. Our one of a kind blend of mild winters and cool summers, clear water and crisp fresh air have allowed us to develop stand out beers Our current product range consists of 60 North Lager, Lerwick IPA, Shetland Pale Ale, AZURE and Tushkar Oatmeal Stout.
