About LES Italia

The Licensing Executives Society (LES) is a non-profit organization active in the field of Technology and Intellectual Property licensing - from technical know-how and patented inventions to software, copyright and trademarks. LES International (LESI) has more than 11,000 individual members divided into 32 national and regional societies. LES Italy is the Italian group of the LESI. Its members include more than 300 representatives from major Italian companies, law and IP firms, universities and research centers. The association aims to encourage high professional standards among individuals engaged in the transfer and licensing of technology and Intellectual Property rights. It also assists its members in improving their skills and techniques through self education, studies and researches, educational meetings, publications, and the exchange of ideas related to domestic and foreign licensing.
