Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park, Les Jardins d'Olya olive grove produces a single variety extra virgin olive oil with character. Common sense, commitment and taste: We have developed a unique growing system that enables us to offer an exceptional olive oil with a positive impact on the environment. A positive carbon footprint is the positive balance between the CO2 sequestered thanks to the planting model and the emissions produced during all stages of production, distribution and transport. To achieve this objective, we cultivate only uncultivated, unirrigated land, often abandoned by conventional agriculture because it is unprofitable. We plant young endemic olive trees on this land, which enables significant carbon sequestration, previously non-existent, and which increases every year. With this approach, we are choosing to respect our environment by accepting a less profitable, but transparent, quality production.
