ABOUT THE FOUNDER Lesa Bradshaw is a prominent social entrepreneur and thought leader dedicated to promoting a disability-confident economy. With a background in DE&I and business leadership, as well as being a recipient of multiple awards for her advocacy work, Lesa leverages her international networks and lived experience of disability to drive positive change. Recently appointed as advisor to the SA Human Rights Commission on diversity and equity, Lesa acts as strategic advisor to several blue chip local and international organisations. As leader of the South African Bridge to Opportunity Skills Academy, Lesa’s passion as an agent of change fuels her vision. As the founder of UK-based Lesa Bradshaw International, and South African-based Bradshaw LeRoux Consulting, she collaborates with economic stakeholders to highlight the value of disability in the business world. Through her impactful speeches and personality-packed training sessions, Lesa challenges perceptions about disability and its value to our economy, empowering others to create a more disability-confident, accessible, and diverse working environment.
