Specializing in recruitment, matching and placement, Let It Be Us designs innovative solutions for foster care and adoption, serving youth in emergent need and those who are challenging to place, as well as foster and adoptive parents. The Let It Be Us programs are: Placement Referral Program - Open Home Navigator The Let It Be Us Placement Support Program's experienced recruitment team offers a customized solution for each child referred, creating a new unique database of parent resources for each child, which is delivered to the child's caseworker in a speedy and timely manner. Let It Be Us utilizes their aggregated registry of licensed and waiting parents, subscription-based platforms, and multiple social media tools, reaching thousands of licensed parents while targeting specific locations and demographics. Foster Parent Recruitment Let It Be Us works with agencies to recruit foster homes for traditional and specialized foster care in addition to Emergency Foster Care and Therapeutic Foster Care. Our entire recruitment team is trained and certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and we practice Diligent Recruitment. Our team uses technology and recruitment strategies to provide excellent outcomes for agencies and the youth they serve and, ultimately, improve permanency. Adoption Listing Service Let It Be Us connects prospective adoptive families with children in the Illinois foster care system who are waiting for a permanent home.
