I, Mehbub, was thinking about India. As a professional, my conversations with international clients often left me with a deep sense of concern. I was proud of our nation’s heritage and its incredible talent, yet I was constantly confronted with a negative global perception, one focused on a lack of civic sense and public hygiene. The frustration was immense. It felt like everyone, everywhere, was pointing at the problem, but no one was stepping up to build a solution. In that moment of quiet contemplation, an inner voice spoke with absolute clarity: “If you see the problem, create the solution.” It was a powerful call to action, a challenge to stop being a critic and become a creator. Fueled by a sudden sense of purpose, I didn’t wait for morning. That very night, I purchased a domain that would define our mission: Letschangeus.com. The next day, I shared my conviction with my closest friends—Omkar, Amit, and Nachiket. I didn’t need to convince them; I only needed to share my vision. They immediately recognized the same frustration and, more importantly, shared the same hope. They saw what I saw: that the path to changing our country’s image wasn’t by blaming others, but by improving ourselves. From a single thought, a team was born. Our name is our philosophy. The change we seek doesn’t start with “them,” it begins with “us.” We are Mehbub, Omkar, Amit, and Nachiket, and this is our story—a journey to build a cleaner, more disciplined, and globally respected India, together.
