About Let'S Get Active Uk

We offer different types of classes including, Falls Prevention Stability Sessions, Exercise to Music, Staying Steady, DanceFit 55+, Breathing and Relaxation and Chair Yoga. We are very excited to be able to offer evidence-based falls prevention sessions in the form is PSI (Postural Stability Instructor) sessions from Later Life Training. We provide high quality sessions which are conducted mostly in the chair however we encourage participants to stand as this is proved to prevent falls.
