Let's Talk About X is a certified social enterprise founded by two experienced educators who are dedicated to preventing harassment and discrimination and creating safe environments for everyone. We partner with organisations to embed a culture of deep respect, clear communication, and lasting psychological safety. We help build a community where people feel valued, truly belong, and have the confidence to grow. We combine the best of what we learned as teachers—engaging delivery and practical, hands-on strategies—with our lived experience as queer and gender-diverse individuals. Our training helps organisations foster a culture of consent and LGBTIQA+ inclusion, driving lasting cultural change. Every hour of engagement directly funds free resources that help prevent gender-based violence. We specialise in: - Consent Culture Workshops (Sexual Harassment Prevention): Proactive workshops helping you meet your positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act. We equip your team with an understanding of sexual harassment laws, and practical skills for recognising discomfort and bystander intervention. - LGBTIQA+ Allyship: Build understanding of LGBTIQA+ identities and the barriers these communities face. The training helps teams identify and dismantle barriers, address microaggressions, and master inclusive language. - Keynote Speaking: Mel and Eleonora offer compelling, lived-experience speeches for key occasions like Wear It Purple Day.
