Let Them Eat Cake!: The Allergy-Friendly Patisserie was started in May 2008 by the husband and wife team of Amanda Macdessi (Executive Pastry Chef) and Jason Kraft (Business Manager). Our philosophy is that desserts for people with food allergies and dietary restrictions should be just as good as traditional desserts. We don't currently have a retail location, all orders are custom-baked and can be picked up in Milpitas or delivered to the greater San Jose area.
