Established in 1990, Lett + Sweetland Architects is a Worcester based RIBA Chartered Practice offering the complete range of architectural services to individual clients; private and public organisations; and professional clients. Predominantly working throughout Worcestershire and the wider West Midlands region, we have also successfully completed projects throughout the UK and offer our clients an excellent local knowledge and an established reputation for design and delivery. L+SA have a deserved reputation for providing clear advice and tailoring individual architectural solutions for every project and we work hard to meet our clients’ expectations on design, cost and programme. From the outset the practice has been ‘design-led’ and we promote a collaborative and creative approach involving all project stakeholders, whether professionals or otherwise and the quality and clarity of the information we produce is a priority at all stages. We work closely with specialist consultants to achieve integrated solutions and with contractors to deliver schemes on time, on budget and to the expected quality. We are good listeners and work creatively with our clients, stakeholders and the design team to realise the ambitions and opportunities of any project we work on. We work across a wide range of sectors and we pride ourselves on our versatility and breadth of experience in a wide range of building typologies, construction methods and procurement routes. Completed projects range from bespoke housing, to more complex specialist buildings in education, culture or the arts and include new-build, extension and alterations and works to historic buildings.
