The Lettuce Be Good Company is an American apparel and accessories wholesaler, retailer, and lifestyle brand founded in 2023 and best known for its Chef developed recipes, cheeky, uplifting, and positive messages with a diverse range of graphic tees, housewares, and accessories with unique and fun designs that are each designed and drawn by Chef Nikki Trzeciak. Every purchase from Lettuce Be Good results in donating one meal to someone in need, making it easy for socially conscious consumers to give back with every purchase. In 2022, partners Chef Nikki Trzeciak and Heather Estrada designed their first shirts. They began selling their designs on Etsy. With a bit of success in selling on Etsy, they evaluated the direction of their business and decided that they wanted to make a difference in their community and beyond. While on a trip to New Orleans, they stopped in to eat at Turkey and the Wolf, who famously have a donated meal on their menu, which they put in a refrigerator in the parking lot. That sparked the idea for One Purchase = One Meal.
