Once the job description is clarified and the candidate profile is determined - we broker the deal, engage the service providers, and oversee the services delivered. Then we help our client decide the best way to engage those candidates to bring to their team. Options include Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, Interim / Fractional Assignments, or Contract Staffing Engagement. Supporting services include Signature’s Back Office/Employer of Record Solutions, Amazech Solutions for IT applications development and staff augmentation, plus Multiple recruiting and search service relationships throughout the country for special hard-to-fill positions. Level-C Solutions supports the management and leadership of companies by working in an External COO consulting manner - looking at the business needs from the client's side of the table.
