About Leverage Training

Leverage Training is an award winning crane training provider based out of Taupo New Zealand. Our goal is to help lift the standards and to work with companies and staff to achieve a safe and compliant crane industry. Founded and run by kiwi crane safety expert Norman Kete, Leverage training provides friendly, professional and affordable training to companies across New Zealand. We travel to you to deliver onsite crane training and assessment to ensure your staff are safe and your company is compliant with government standards. Norman was working as a crane operator for many years, but in 2013 lost his right eye in a nonwork-related injury. This led to Norman having to give up his career crane operating. With a lot of determination he took his many years experience in the crane industry and built Leverage Training. Norman now runs leverage and enjoys his career in workplace safety, ensuring others can have a safe working environment and ultimately return home to their families safely.
