About Leveraged Green Energy Fund

Leveraged Green Energy (“LGE”) was established following two decades of successful co-development and co-financing cooperation between the current principals and managers of the Fund. In their previous roles as developers and senior corporate executives, these individuals worked together investing in and jointly developing, modernizing or environmentally rehabilitating energy assets in the nuclear, fossil-fuel and hydropower fields. The core objective of LGE is to successfully acquire a significant and robust renewable energy portfolio by solving diverse and often endemic developmental, project-financing and grid-connectivity problems currently facing the energy industry. The LGE team resolves such issues and achieves turnaround of distressed assets by creating local synergetic solutions, collectively referred to as “the development of integrated energy parks.” LGE’s strategy is an extension of several key principles that drive the profitable execution and ongoing success of its current selected transactions. LGE believes that its fund structure and unique investment approach differentiates it from peer investors.
