Our thorough, analytical PFI contract reviews have enabled us to find previously undetected construction and maintenance defects which have substantially reduced both financial and technical risks to our clients. Our early intervention minimises the need for dispute resolution or litigation, but where this is necessary, we provide professional, confidential advice to ensure the best outcomes. During our involvement on PFI projects we engage with and guide our client’s staff to improve contractual awareness and management. Our approach to FM review and monitoring allows us to offer guidance on improving operational efficiency and management for all building systems and services. Our excellence in lifecycle management, asset optimisation and preventative maintenance affords our clients the comfort of high performing, compliant facilities. Our fire consultancy services have evolved and expanded to provide clients with a full scope of fire safety advice. We are able to provide an advisory service on passive and active fire protection/maintenance, support and advice on fire service enforcement and an FDIS certified fire door inspection service with solutions for the direct supply and management of remedial works. Our fully chartered engineers provide Authorising Engineer (Fire) services to a portfolio of NHS Trusts, MOD contractors and local authority schools. Leviathan have acted as an Expert Witness for a commercial core participant at the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. Our extensive experience of identifying cladding non-compliances affords us a unique position as a leading authority on façade compliance and interlinked/interchangeable building fire management systems.
