Levu is a firm with 9 years of experience in the headhunting and executive coaching sector. During this time, we have conducted over 1,700 recruitment processes for administrative, executive, and C-level positions, always focusing on roles with a strategic mission and responsibility for defining and controlling the organization's direction. We operate through our team distributed across three offices located in Mexico City, Monterrey, and New York. We have designed a specific interview and evaluation methodology for board members. 3. Executive Coaching: We design and offer an executive coaching program that helps newly hired executives accelerate their integration into the company and become productive in the short term. All coaches in this business unit are certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). 4. IT & AI Search: Our division specializes in positions related to technology, software development, and artificial intelligence. We understand the trends and needs of our clients in this area, so we have implemented a method and team with technical knowledge in this field.
