We believe that moving law firm should be simple and transparent and, most importantly, that the candidate should be in control. With LexStep®, lawyers can see the premium legal jobs market in one place and apply for opportunities in just a few clicks. The background: LexStep® was founded by two former city lawyers, Alexander Isaacs and Michael Hagai. We found cold calls from recruitment agents annoying and ineffective. So we founded an exclusive site, where lawyers can see the jobs market in one place and connect directly with leading law firms in a few clicks. We hated that recruitment agents weren’t open about the company they were working for. So above all, LexStep® is transparent. All of our jobs can be viewed by law firm name with detailed job descriptions and applied for online. Your information will never be edited or sent to a firm without your permission. You choose who you're applying to and what they see. We also hated agencies trying to sell us jobs that they knew we wouldn’t be interested in. We're not an agency so we keep our distance and don’t cold call.
