Liberation Consulting, LLC is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consulting firm that helps people, teams and organizations create work culture transformations that increase trust and cultivate healthy interpersonal relationships so that all can live their best lives and do their best work. WHO WE WORK WITH: We serve and support organizations who are making positive social impact on the communities and clients they support. These organizations have mission statements that help to elevate those in society who have been negatively impacted by systems of oppression, and are seeking support in creating more diverse, equitable, and inclusive working environments, to combat historical inequities and institutional racism: • Public and Charter Schools/Educational Institutions • Foundations and Corporations making positive social impact • Non-Profits making positive social impact • Social Service Agencies • Public Health, Health Industry (hospitals), Mental Health Services • Commercial businesses - for-profit small to medium businesses We also offer support to individuals who are open to being on a personal reflective journey, having a deeper understanding of their identities, the histories and structural inequities associated with those identities, the harm caused and experienced by these groups and how it shows up in their own personal and professional lives.
