About Liberty Living
Liberty Living is the dedicated Property Manager for our investors, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). At Liberty Living, we live and breathe student accommodation and we’re experts in what we do – we have 25,000 beds across 53 residences in 21 cities throughout the UK, Germany and Spain. We have fantastic Residence Teams working on site and around the clock to ensure that our customers – the students and our University partners – are looked after. We employ on-site security, maintenance, caretaking and housekeeping staff to ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly, as well as administration staff who support the General Managers and Assistant Managers in their roles. Our management model puts emphasis on the General Manager and their team to be responsible for running each residence to form relationships with our tenants, and the universities that they attend. It’s not just about keeping things ticking over; our staff are enthusiastic and friendly people who can really bond with students from all walks of life, and help to make their time at Uni memorable and fun! The Residence Teams are supported by Head Office & Central Services professionals who work in areas such as HR, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Project Management, Facilities Management and Legislative compliance. They're based in various locations – the main offices situated in London and Manchester.
